SPACIOUS, FULLY EQUIPPED ACCOMMODATION
Located on the 5th floor with elevator, the accommodation includes:
- three bedrooms with three double beds,
- a fully equipped and functional kitchen for cooking good, healthy meals
- two shower rooms with shower and vanity unit
- and a lounge to relax after a good day of walking.
THE KITCHEN
The kitchen has a long worktop and is fully equipped with a range hood, fridge/freezer, and basic utensils.
Chairs are available as well as a microwave, oven, coffee machine, cutlery and kitchen utensils, glasses, bowls, etc.
BASIC NECESSITIES
Toilet paper, shower gel, shampoo, trash bags, salt, pepper, oil, sugar, tea, and coffee capsules are provided.
SHEETS AND TOWELS PROVIDED
You don't have to worry about bed linen and towels as they are provided.
Professional cleaning is carried out before and after each traveler.
You also have a secure parking space available.

The Bastide district is a former industrial area that is experiencing an economic revival thanks to various developments. Facing the Garonne and the Place de la Bourse, you will discover the old Orléans train station, which now houses a large cinema. Nearby, the European University of Management and a few steps away, the Parc des Berges and the Botanical Garden offer a large green space. This new promenade allows you to admire the Tourny facade built along the quays of the left bank. La Bastide is also characterized by its architectural charm, notably with the bell tower of the Sainte Marie de la Bastide church and the Cantonal House, an architectural work from the 1930s. It will be possible to reach the city center easily thanks to the tramway or the Jacques Chaban-Delmas bridge.
