Featuring a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 cm), it will be ideal for accommodating 2 people!
CAUTION
A €250 bank imprint will be required as part of your rental. This imprint, which takes the form of a payment link and is managed by the secure online service Swikly, is mandatory and must be completed before your arrival at the property.
The amount is neither blocked nor charged, and it does not impact your bank card's usage limits. You will only have to pay a service fee of €3.30.
Within 7 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS

Check-in is normally from 4 p.m. to 8:30 p.m., however, later check-ins are possible upon request, with a supplement of €10 per additional hour.
BREAKFAST
We offer a breakfast delivery service during your stay. Menus, details, and prices will be available in the apartment, and you can also contact your concierge for more information.
MOVE
Opposite Saint-Jean Station, you enjoy a prime location close to all the city's attractions! Tram line C passes 100 meters from the apartment and serves all the city's key locations.
From Mérignac Airport:
Take tram A or bus 1 from the Mérignac Aéroport stop to the Gare Saint-Jean stop and walk for 1 minute.
To park your car, street parking is free only from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m. and on Sundays and public holidays.
The public parking “Place de la Victoire” is located 200 m from the apartment.
The price for parking is €19 for the day.
