Welcome to our 38 m² one-bedroom apartment, a haven of peace located on the 3rd floor of a building with an elevator, in the heart of Bordeaux's Golden Triangle. As soon as you step through the door, you'll be charmed by its cozy atmosphere.
The apartment opens onto an elegant living room with a comfortable leather sofa. The space has been recently redecorated, combining modernity and comfort to create a warm and welcoming atmosphere. This living room is complemented by a sleeping area with a double bed.
The kitchen is a real highlight of this apartment. Fully equipped with a stovetop, refrigerator, and dishwasher, it offers everything you need to prepare and enjoy your meals. You'll also find all the utensils and dishes you need for your daily life.
The functional bathroom includes a refreshing shower and a hairdryer, providing all the comfort you need to start or end your day.
You'll find all the essential amenities; the apartment features free high-speed Wi-Fi and a television for your relaxation. Ironing facilities are also available for your daily needs.

The amount is neither blocked nor charged, and it does not impact your bank card's usage limits. You will only have to pay a service fee of €3.30.
Within 14 days of your departure, and subject to compliance with the general conditions of sale, as well as the return of the property in perfect condition, this operation is automatically cancelled.
EXCHANGES WITH TRAVELERS
One of our receptionists will contact you on the day of your arrival to schedule your check-in time. Check-in is normally between 4:00 PM and 8:30 PM. However, later check-ins are possible upon request, with a surcharge of €10 per additional hour.
BREAKFAST
We offer a breakfast delivery service during your stay. Menus, details, and prices will be available in the apartment, and you can also contact your concierge for more information.
MOVE
From Mérignac Airport:
Take tram A or bus 1 from the Mérignac Aéroport stop to the Gambetta Mériadeck stop and walk for 8 minutes.
From Saint Jean Station:
Take tram line C or D from the Gare Saint Jean stop to the Quinconces stop and walk for 5 minutes.
To park your car, street parking is free only from 7 p.m. to 9 a.m. and on Sundays and public holidays.
The apartment does not have parking. The public parking lot "Tourny" is located 500 m from the apartment. The parking fee is €20 per day.
