ARCACHON, CITY OF SPRING: CHARMING OUTBUILDING 400 M FROM THE BEACH!
Located in a quiet, residential area of the Ville de Printemps district, this pleasant outbuilding, attached to a villa, offers approximately 25 m² of carefully designed space, with a covered terrace and a small, tree-lined garden. Access is on foot, via a quiet path leading off Avenue Saint-Arnaud.
Upon entering, you will discover a functional kitchen (2-burner induction hob, small refrigerator and extractor hood). A well-designed hallway offers storage shelves, a microwave and a Nespresso coffee machine, and leads to a bathroom with toilet and washing machine. The main room is well-appointed: On one side, a sleeping area accommodates a double bed (140) and a wardrobe; on the other, a lounge area composed of two armchairs and a television opens onto a covered terrace equipped with garden furniture and deckchairs. This overlooks a small south-facing garden, perfect for enjoying sunny days. A second small garden is also located at the front of the rental (East), offering a green setting upon arrival. Parking is easily available on the street. The complex is modest but very well maintained, and offers a good level of equipment for a pleasant stay just a stone's throw from the sea. The location is particularly appreciable: the beach is only 400 meters away, a grocery store is a 5-minute walk, and the town center with its shops (Monoprix) is about ten minutes away. Pets are not allowed. White linen is not provided, but it is possible to rent it through our partner LocLinge (promo code: vacances33). Cancellation insurance is included (optional membership). Departure cleaning is included, following normal and regular maintenance of the rental during the stay.
