Two-story house in the city center of Sarlat, fully air-conditioned. You enter through the living room, lounge (TV, WiFi), dining room, kitchen (oven, ceramic hob, freezer combination, etc.), separate toilet. On the 1st floor, you will have a small office on the landing, a bedroom with a 160x200 bed. A bathroom with shower, washing machine and dryer. Separate toilet with a washbasin. On the second floor, the other 2 bedrooms, a 160x200 bed, and a 90x190 bed. You will have access to a 50m2 pleasure garden with garden furniture. Public parking 100m below. Gite located two minutes walk from the historic city center of Sarlat, its restaurants, its exceptional Medieval Architecture. You will enjoy the atmosphere of the city in summer, with the farmers' markets on Wednesdays and Saturdays, and the various activities offered in season. You will choose this cottage for its cozy atmosphere, where modernity and tastefully chosen materials blend harmoniously. The owner has completely renovated this family home, once her grandmother's.
