This small, recently renovated, single-story house is set up as a studio apartment. You'll enjoy a bright living area with a fully equipped kitchenette (induction hob, dishwasher, combination microwave/oven, etc.), a dining area with a table and chairs for two, and a sleeping area with a queen-size bed (160x200cm), a wardrobe, a smart TV, and Wi-Fi. Reversible air conditioning is also provided. There is a bathroom with a shower, sink, toilet, and washing machine.
Outside, enjoy a terrace with garden furniture, a charcoal barbecue, and an electric and illuminated awning. Private parking is available next to the cottage.
Nearby are the owners' house and another gîte (24G10794). You will share a common driveway and a pétanque court with this gîte.
