Semi-detached house to another Gîtes de France for 6 people and a year-round rental. You will have a living room with equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher) open to the dining room and the living room (TV, wifi, wood stove). A 1st bedroom is accessible on the ground floor, with a 140x190cm bed, and a private bathroom. Separate toilet. Upstairs, there are the 3 other bedrooms each with a 140x190cm bed. Second bathroom with a large shower cubicle, separate toilet. Underfloor heating.
You can enjoy a private terrace in front of the cottage with garden furniture and barbecue, as well as a shared swimming pool, located 5 meters further and open from June to the end of September (dimensions 11X5, chlorine, depth 1.50, secured by a roller shutter). Shared laundry room with access from the outside with washing machine. The owner has ensured that each space in the house is synonymous with well-being, and a peaceful little corner, thus preserving the authentic character of this country house.
