Semi-detached house to another Gîtes de France for 8 people and to the owner's house. You will have a living room with equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, dishwasher) open to the dining room and the living room (TV, wifi, wood stove). 3 bedrooms each with a 140x190cm bed, the last one with a bathroom with shower open to the bedroom. You will have access to a 2nd bathroom with shower. 2 separate toilets. Upstairs, there is a mezzanine with children's play area (Lego, books).
In front of the cottage you can enjoy a 40m2 private garden with a view of the swimming pool, barbecue, garden furniture. A shared swimming pool open from June to the end of September (dimensions 11X5, chlorine, depth 1.50, secured by a roller shutter). Shared laundry room with access from the outside with washing machine. This place is a real invitation to relax, offering a green and peaceful setting, while remaining close to the wonders of Brantôme, only 5 km away. The surrounding hiking trails promise moments of discovery in the heart of the unspoiled nature of the region.
The village of Saint-Jean-de-Côle, the Villars cave and the Bourdeilles castle are some of the lovely discoveries less than 20 minutes away. Also worth discovering is the old town of Périgueux, with its medieval streets and Gallo-Roman remains!
