Upstairs: Living room with fireplace located at the top of the stairs then through a door, you will have access to a corridor which serves 3 bedrooms: 2 beds 140 and 2 beds 90x190 cm. 1 bathroom with WC. Possibility of folding bed 90. Separate WC accessible from the outside. Enclosed courtyard of 100 m2. Unenclosed land of 4000 m2 with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue, swing and ping-pong table (rackets and ball provided). Gas heating: 15€/day, electricity up to 8 kw/day, heating of the swimming pool, sheets, household linen included. Bathroom linen 10€/person/change. End of stay cleaning 120€. The swimming pool will be open from June 1st to September 30th and heated to 25° maximum for eco-responsibility reasons (if the air temperature does not allow at least this temperature to be reached).
