From the corridor by a staircase, a bedroom on the ground floor, bed 140, a shower room and separate WC (separate access). Oil central heating. Enclosed courtyard of 100 m2. Unenclosed land of 4000 m2 with garden furniture, sun loungers and barbecue, swing and ping-pong table (rackets and ball provided). Gas heating: 15€/day, electricity up to 8 kw/day, sheets, household linen included. Towels 10€/person/change. End of stay cleaning 140€. Electricity over 8 kw/day: 0.25€/additional kw. Heated salt water swimming pool for the exclusive use of customers. Dimensions: 9x4m. Depth: from 1m to 1.70m. Safety cover with automatic roller shutter with remote control. Access by stairs. The swimming pool will be open from June 1st to September 30th and heated to 25° maximum for eco-responsibility reasons (if the air temperature does not allow at least this temperature to be reached).
