Access to the cottage by a staircase: living-dining room with fully equipped kitchen (3-burner induction hob). On the ground floor, you can enjoy a 1st bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, a 2nd bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 and a bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. With a view of the owners' fields, you can sunbathe around the unheated swimming pool, for the exclusive use of customers, fenced and secured by an alarm, chlorine, dimensions 8mx4m, 1.50 deep, open from June to September. A garden furniture near the swimming pool will allow you to take full advantage of the place with a plancha available and a ping-pong table. Baby equipment: high chair, bed, bathtub, stroller. This independent 80 m2 cottage is located in the Périgord Noir in the commune of Saint Rabier, halfway between Périgueux and Brive la Gaillarde, 14 km south of Hautefort (Château and Museum of Medicine) and 20 km north of Montignac (International Center for Parietal Art Lascaux 4), less than 10 minutes from a motorway exit. You can enjoy the calm of its location and the charm of the Périgord stones. A house completely renovated with taste and modernism which will be the ideal family accommodation for a holiday in our Périgord and will allow you to enjoy the tourist riches of the region. You will have free access to a tennis court in the commune of Saint Rabier. The owners will be delighted to show you around their farm.
