Access to the cottage by a staircase.
On the ground floor of the house: living-dining room with a fitted kitchen (3 induction burners). You can enjoy a bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, a bedroom with 1 bed 160x200 and a bathroom with shower. Separate toilet. Upstairs, you can access the other bedrooms: a bedroom with 1 bed 160x200, a bedroom with 3 beds 90x190 and 1 bed 160x200 and a bathroom with shower and toilet. With a view of the fields, you can sunbathe around the private unheated swimming pool, fenced and secured by an alarm, chlorine, 8mx4m, depth 1.50m, open from June to September. An outdoor area with garden furniture is located next to the swimming pool; it will allow you to take full advantage of the place with a plancha available and a ping-pong table.
The unfenced land reserved for the gîte has a surface area of approximately 3000m2.

This 160 m2 cottage is located in the Périgord Noir in the town of Saint Rabier, halfway between Périgueux and Brive la Gaillarde, 14 km south of Hautefort (Château and Museum of Medicine) and 20 km north of Montignac (International Center for Parietal Art Lascaux 4), less than 10 minutes from a motorway exit. You can enjoy the calm of its location and the charm of the Périgord stones. A house renovated with taste and modernism which will be the ideal family accommodation for a holiday in our Périgord and will allow you to enjoy the tourist riches of the region. You will have free access to a tennis court in the town of Saint Rabier. The owners will be delighted to show you around their farm (Veaux sous la mère and noix). Depending on the season, children can see the cows in the meadows located behind the swimming pool about 150 m from the fence.
