Magnificent 90m2 duplex apartment in a luxury 5 ★ Residence ideally located at the start of the Bossonnet ski lifts in La Clusaz and just a few hundred metres from the village amenities.
This flat is located on the 3rd and penultimate floor of the building. It is spread over two levels and can accommodate up to 10 people.

- Open-plan kitchen area, fully equipped with induction hob, oven, microwave, fridge and dishwasher.
- South-facing balcony with views of the mountains and the village of La Clusaz.

/ 2nd level :
- 1 double bedroom under the rafters with a separate shower room and toilet.

The living room has a large wall-to-wall bay window giving direct access to a south-facing balcony of around 17m2 with views of the mountains and the village of La Clusaz.
The living room has an upmarket look and feel, with a flat-screen TV, dining table, sofa and armchair, and a fully-equipped open-plan kitchen.
As this flat is located in a top-of-the-range luxury residence, you will have access to the residence's wellness area (swimming pool-sauna). A 45-minute session must be booked the day before for the following day.
