Located on the 2nd floor without elevator of a secure residence, it has 4 beds to spend a superb holiday by the sea. This Marina has a private parking and a dock for your boat.
This marina offers a large living room bathed in light, air-conditioned and opens onto a beautiful terrace overlooking the Marina: Marina in Europe.
The kitchen is open to the living room, fully equipped (Plate, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and kettle, ..... )
A spacious and comfortable bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet.
Plus: Private parking at your disposal.
A set of sheets for a double bed and 4 bath towels (2 large and 2 small) are included in the reservation.
Any additional requests will be charged: €25 including VAT for a double bed (2 people) or €15 including VAT for a single bed (1 person).
Basic products are provided, except for condiments, shower gel, and shampoo.
