Located in a quality location in the heart of the Village of Grau du Roi, this apartment will be a real favorite for lovers of the seaside.
It is located in a residence located on the beach on the right bank, a very popular area, both close to all amenities and quiet.
Take advantage of its terrace, which will allow you to spend peaceful moments as a couple.
This apartment is a T3 which is on the ground floor of the residence. It is composed of two bedrooms with 2X80X200 beds, a kitchen area open to the living room, the comfort of which is enhanced by a 3-seater sofa with TV area. Are at your disposal all the necessary equipment for your greatest comfort, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, fridge... as well as all the utensils necessary to prepare good meals.

Le Grau du Roi train station is 1 km away. Bus services are available nearby. The nearest station with frequent traffic is Montpellier Sud de France station and the nearest airport is also Montpellier.
In addition and with a request upstream of your reservation, we can find a solution for you to pick you up at the airport or at the station and bring you to your vacation spot in complete peace of mind.
## IMPORTANT INFORMATION
This residence is located with its feet in the sand, with private access through a door at the end of the plot of this residence which exits directly onto the beach on the right bank. The Château Leenhardt residence has an "L" shape and consists of two buildings: building A and building B. Both buildings consist of a ground floor + 4 floors with lifts. There is an elevator for building A and an elevator for building B. On the other hand, in terms of accessibility, the apartments do not meet "PMR" handicap standards. If the apartment you have booked is in building A, the higher you go up the floors, the more you have a beautiful and wide sea view overlooking the Grande-Motte side with a north-west exposure (all sunsets on sunny days). On this side of building A, the residence is built on the edge and right next to it is a municipal paid parking lot from the beginning of March to the beginning of November, on which motorhomes and cars can park. Under no circumstances does this car park, which is located below, represent a hindrance to seeing the sea and our Agency cannot be held responsible for incorrect information in relation to the presence of this car park or to misleading advertising. It is not specified in our advertisements that these apartments have sea views on the 1st line, on the seafront.
If you have booked an apartment that is in building B, most of these apartments look inside the residence, so these apartments see the garden of the residence with the parking lot of the residence before seeing the sea since the building B is set back from the sea and from the end of building A. These apartments therefore also have a nice sea view, with a South West exposure. They see the sea between Building A and the residence next door, called Les Villégiales du Château.
