Situated in the heart of the village, in a quiet and sought-after area, everything is within walking distance: shops, markets (downtown and Boucanet), restaurants, tapas bars, cinema…
Enjoy unobstructed views of the sea, the Aigues-Mortes bay, and La Grande-Motte from the northwest-facing terrace—perfect for admiring stunning sunsets.
