Your vacation rental in this superb Villa on the edge of the Salins d'Aigues-Mortes. Quiet, with an exceptional view of the ramparts of Aigues-Mortes, the fauna, the flora, this comfortable Villa is located in the immediate vicinity of shops and the city center.
We offer you this new single storey Villa of approximately 136m2 of living space with 3 bedrooms including a master suite. The Villa can accommodate 6 people. It is built on a fully enclosed garden of 546m2 with electric charging station. All bedding is 160 cm. The Villa then has a living room with corner sofa, and an equipped American kitchen area (oven, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, ceramic hob, American fridge, hood, wine cellar), two bathrooms, 2 separate toilets.
Living room and bedrooms are equipped with flat screen TV, wifi and reversible air conditioning.
Located in an area that is both quiet and close to everything, highly sought after and appreciated by our customers. All the necessary equipment is at your disposal for your greatest comfort, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, etc. as well as all the utensils to prepare delicious meals.

But also so close to all amenities: reach the inner city in 5 minutes on foot thanks to a pleasant pedestrian path to go and taste the famous fougasse, to dine in one of these restaurants, to do your shopping, to set off on the cycle paths to discover the carboniser tower and the Fort de Peccais, but also reach the beautiful neighboring beaches of Grau du Roi in a few minutes by car.
