Perfectly designed for a comfortable stay, the marina is located just a 15-minute walk from the medieval city and its famous ramparts 🏰 and only 10 minutes by bike from the beautiful beaches of Le Grau-du-Roi 🏖.
The accommodation

Upstairs you'll find 3 bedrooms:
• Master bedroom with a 160 × 200 cm double bed, wardrobe, TV, air conditioning and a private balcony.
• Second bedroom with a 140 × 200 cm double bed and wardrobe.
• Third bedroom with a 140 × 200 cm double bed and storage unit.
The second and third bedrooms share a common air-conditioning system.
🛀 The bathroom features a large bathtub/shower, double vanity, storage cabinets, hairdryer and heated towel rail.
🚾 Two toilets are available:
One upstairs.
One on the ground floor with hand basin and laundry area.
