Exceptionally quiet and bathed in sunlight thanks to its east-west exposure, this home offers a pleasant setting for discovering Paris while enjoying a peaceful environment.
Featuring a balcony and a lovely unobstructed view, the apartment comprises:
- a bright living room opening onto the balcony,
- a dining area opening onto the balcony,
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
