Welcome to our brand-new villa in the charming town of Labin, Istria! This completely newly built villa promises you and your family a dreamy vacation in an idyllic setting.
The spacious garden is a true paradise for children. A playground with a trampoline, sandbox, swing, and football goals provides endless fun and adventure. You will also find a variety of toys to keep everyone entertained. Enjoy cozy barbecue evenings on the covered terrace while your children play in the playground.
The two-story house features a total of 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, including 2 en-suite bathrooms. There is an en-suite bedroom on the ground floor, while the remaining 3 bedrooms are located on the upper floor. Two of the bedrooms on the upper floor have access to an additional terrace. Each bedroom is equipped with a TV, and one of them even has a workspace.
The modern and fully equipped kitchen invites you to cook and prepare meals together. In the living room, you will find a PlayStation with video games for entertaining hours. The dining-living area is designed in a contemporary style and includes a high chair for children. If needed, the sofa can be pulled out into a comfortable double bed.
