Welcome to this large loft with mezzanine, a space inspired by the modern industrial spirit.

As soon as you arrive, you'll be seduced by the atmosphere of this loft. Raw materials such as brick, stone, metal, wood and tiles blend harmoniously to create a warm, contemporary aesthetic.

The studio has a functional layout, including a living room with a fully equipped kitchenette. There is a dining table for up to 4 people, ideal for sharing delicious meals with family and friends. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need, including crockery, cutlery, cooking utensils, fridge, microwave, oven, toaster and a Senseo coffee machine.
The sofa is convertible, providing additional sleeping space for 2 people.

The mezzanine, accessed by a staircase, houses a comfortable sleeping area with a double bed where you can rest and enjoy a good night's sleep.

The modern shower room has a shower, toilet and washbasin. Clean towels and a hairdryer are provided for your convenience.

The flat is also equipped with a flat-screen TV, a washing machine for your convenience, and an ironing board and iron.
Please note that this flat has several steps, which may make access difficult for people with mobility problems.

Services included for this stay include:

- Welcome products: On arrival, you will find welcome products to start your stay comfortably (soap, shampoo, toilet paper, and other essentials).
- Bed linen and towels: Sheets are provided and beds are made for your arrival. Towels and bath mats are also included. All these items are cleaned and disinfected by our professional laundry, Homies Eco Pressing.
- Surface cleaning at the end of your stay: After your departure, the cleaning staff will perform a surface cleaning to prepare the property for the next guest.

The flat is located in the Chélitz / Saint-Martin district, close to the city centre, on a quiet street. The street is close to several shops and services, such as restaurants, shops, pharmacy, etc. There is a mini-market in the immediate vicinity of the flat.
You can also take advantage of the Grande Plage, just a 15-minute walk away. In short, a pleasant area of Biarritz.

## Transit

If you're looking to get around Biarritz, here are a few options:

- Free shuttle bus N11: This free shuttle bus serves the city centre and the Lighthouse. The stop is less than 100 metres from your point of departure, making it very convenient. You can check timetables and stops on the Txik Txak website.
- Taxi: Taxis are a quick and convenient way to get around Biarritz. Allow around 10 minutes to get to the SNCF station or airport. The fare for this distance is around 15 to 20 euros during the day.
- Parking: If you prefer to drive, you can park your car on the street or nearby. It is advisable to check the road signs to avoid any parking offences.

- Once your booking is confirmed, the My home in team will contact you to arrange your stay.
- You will be met by a member of the My home in team between 4pm and 7pm. If you arrive after 7pm, a supplement of 30 euros will be charged. If you arrive after 9pm, the supplement will be 50 euros.
