Welcome to this charming studio in the heart of Biarritz, ideally located in front of the sea to fully enjoy this beautiful seaside town. The studio of 25 m2 located on the 4th floor of a residence with lift is equipped with a private balcony offering an unobstructed view on the sea without any opposite.

The studio consists of an entrance hall with a storage cupboard, a living room with a high quality sofa bed, a desk and a flat screen TV.

The kitchen area is equipped with a small fridge, ceramic hob, microwave, Nespresso coffee machine, toaster, kettle and all necessary kitchen utensils. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and washbasin, while the toilet is separate.
The private balcony is the highlight of this flat, offering a stunning view of the ocean and with a table for 2 to enjoy your sea view meals.

You will have access to high speed Wifi internet thanks to the optical fibre, as well as an ironing board and iron to make your stay easier. Shops such as a tobacconist's, mini-market, florists, restaurants and the municipal swimming pool are less than 5 minutes away on foot.

All in all, this charming studio is the ideal place to spend a couple's holiday or a business trip in Biarritz, with a breathtaking view of the ocean and an ideal location in the city centre.

- For your check-in: you will be met by a member of the My home in team between 4pm and 7pm. If you arrive after 7pm, a supplement of 30 euros will be charged. And 50 euros if you arrive after 9pm.
