Nestled in the heart of Biarritz, this studio apartment immerses you in the city's vibrant, elegant atmosphere. From the sixth floor, accessible by elevator, admire a breathtaking view of the rooftops and ocean.

With a surface area of 26 m², this rental comprises :

- a charming living room with a 140 × 200 sofa bed and a 160 × 200 double bed,
- a dining area,
- a fully-equipped open kitchen (coffee machine, toaster, kettle, microwave oven, hob, dishwasher, fridge, freezer),
- bathroom with shower and WC,
- washing machine, hairdryer, high chair,
- TV, satellite or cable, Wi-Fi,
- fan, radiators, smoke detector, air conditioning.

After 10 p.m., noise pollution is not permitted.
