Welcome to this renovated studio apartment in a peaceful area, ideally located just 10 to 15 minutes from the town centre and Gande Plage.

As soon as you arrive, you'll be pleasantly surprised by the flat's recent renovation and elegant decor. The interior layout has been carefully thought out to offer you a comfortable stay and make you feel at home.

There is one bedroom with two single beds, which can easily be converted into a spacious double bed for two people. The room has a storage cupboard for your personal belongings.
The main living area includes a dining area with a dining table for up to two guests.

The fully-equipped kitchen opens onto the living area. You'll find all the equipment you need for cooking.
The bathroom has a shower and toilet. You can relax and freshen up after a busy day.

The studio is equipped with a flat-screen TV, washing machine, ironing board and iron.

You'll be pleased to know that there's a small supermarket close by, plus there's a petrol station nearby, as well as a free shuttle bus stop, providing a convenient way to get around the area.
