Residence consisting of 48 apartments. It is located close to the slopes and in particular the VANOISE EXPRESS (link to LA PLAGNE) and the chairlift (link to LES ARCS).
Access to the building is via stairs, and the residence comprises four floors without an elevator, but with half-landings. Ski lockers are located on level 1, and a restaurant and pizzeria are also situated there.
A free, uncovered municipal car park is about 200 metres away and there are a few roadside parking spaces near the building.
Fully renovated 40m² apartment, rated 3* in a residence located in the heart of the Plan Peisey resort.
Rented for 6 people, it consists of an entrance vestibule, a bedroom with a double bed and a set of bunk beds, a shower room and separate toilet, a kitchen area open to the living room and dining area, and a lounge area equipped with a sofa bed (BZ).
The apartment faces west and has a balcony.

Practical information: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights or more in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You can also book your ski lift passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be given without this deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. The beds must be made properly with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the security deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, and €300 for furniture replacement.
