The owner's note, Lola
The residence is a 1970s building located at the bottom of the road, near the ski lift departure point, at an altitude of 1650 m in the Plan-Peisey resort.
The ski slopes are only 100 meters away and within a 300-meter radius you will find the resort center, the ski school and the shops.
Two apartments connected by a private entrance, totaling 56m². Ideally located in Plan Peisey, close to the slopes and shops.
Comprising a bedroom with 2 bunk beds and a pull-out bed, a bedroom with kitchenette and balcony with a sofa bed for 2 people, a bathroom with bathtub and toilet, a second bathroom and a separate toilet,
A fully equipped kitchen opening onto a living room with 1 sofa bed and 1 pull-out bench seat.
The balconies face south and west and offer a beautiful view of the valley and the mountain.
Equipment: Dishwasher, refrigerator + freezer, oven, ceramic hob. Television.
Rented with 2 ski lockers.
Sleeping arrangements: 2 sofa beds, 2 bunk beds + 1 pull-out bed (recommended for children, only 6 years and older), 1 pull-out sofa bed
Bathrooms: 1 bathroom with bathtub and separate toilet + 1 bathroom with toilet
Free private outdoor parking at the bottom of the residence.
Practical information: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights or more in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You can also book your ski lift passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be given without this deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. The beds must be made properly with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the security deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, and €300 for furniture replacement.
NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for cleaning all fabrics due to odor
