Completely renovated, this approximately 45m2 triplex is located on the 5th floor of a residence with elevator in the heart of Vallandry, close to the slopes and shops. It offers a beautiful unobstructed view of the valley.
It consists of an entrance with storage, a bathroom with bath and separate toilet, a bright living room (without sleeping area) with a leather sofa, a kitchen area opening onto a sunny west-facing balcony.
Upstairs there is a reading corner (glass mezzanine), a bedroom with a double bed, a closed cabin with bunk beds, a shower room.
On the mezzanine, there are 2 single beds.
Amenities: Dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave, ceramic hob. Washing machine. Television. Rented with a ski locker.
Sleeping arrangements: 1 double bed, 2 single beds and 1 set of bunk beds (recommended for children, only from 6 years old)
Bathroom facilities: a bathroom with bathtub, a shower room and a separate toilet
Free public outdoor parking nearby. No reservations possible.
Practical information: Bed linen is provided and delivered to the apartment for stays of 7 nights or more in winter (excluding summer and short stays). Towels can be ordered for an additional fee. You can also book your ski lift passes, ski equipment, and ski lessons at preferential rates.
You will collect the services ordered upon your arrival at the agency.
A security deposit must be paid upon arrival by credit card or check. No keys will be given without this deposit.
End-of-stay cleaning not included.
IMPORTANT INFORMATION: The furniture must not be moved under any circumstances. The mattress protectors must not be removed from the beds and must be left clean. The beds must be made properly with the duvets folded and placed at the foot of each bed. Any failure to comply with these instructions will result in a charge deducted from the security deposit: €10 per bed, €25 per missing mattress protector, and €300 for furniture replacement.
NON-SMOKING apartment: €300 charge for cleaning all fabrics due to odor
