Garden Holiday Apartment Alvier Lodge
Directly above the Alvierbach, with around 200 m² of garden and views of the Brandner Mountains: The Alvier Lodge in the La Montanara house offers plenty of space on 110 m² for up to eight people. Three bedrooms, two bathrooms and the large sun terrace make the ground-floor garden apartment ideal for families and friends who want to combine active holiday days with plenty of space to enjoy together.
Facilities
Two bedrooms with double beds and direct terrace access as well as a family room with double bed, bunk bed and dressing room comfortably accommodate up to eight people. Two modern bathrooms with walk-in shower and toilet provide additional comfort even for larger families or groups.
The bright open-plan kitchen is equipped with a Bora induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and toaster. The open dining area offers space for eight people and leads into the cosy living area with direct access to the terrace.
The apartment also includes a basement parking space and an outdoor parking space.
Location
The La Montanara house is centrally located yet quiet in Brand. You can reach the bathing lake, mountain railway, golf course, restaurants, bakery, tennis courts, riding stable and other leisure facilities within a few minutes' walk. Hikes and active days in the Brandner mountain world start practically on your doorstep. In winter, the cross-country ski trail runs directly past the house.
Special Features
One of the most beautiful spots at Alvier Lodge is right outside the terrace door: approximately 200 m² of garden, a sunny terrace with garden furniture and charcoal grill, plus views of the surrounding mountains offer plenty of space for shared time outdoors. Directly below, the Alvierbach stream babbles past and underscores the peaceful location of the lodge.
