Holiday Apartment Motta Lodge
Living under the roof, sleeping on the gallery and gazing out at the Brandner mountain landscape from the generous balcony: The Motta Lodge in the La Montanara house offers around 80 m² of space for up to five people. The distinctive architecture, the bright living area and the large balcony make the top-floor apartment ideal for families, friends and couples who want to enjoy their mountain holiday in a special atmosphere.
Facilities
A bedroom with double bed and direct balcony access as well as a sleeping nook on the gallery with double bed and single bed provide space for up to five people. The modern bathroom is equipped with a walk-in shower and toilet.
The bright open-plan kitchen features an induction hob, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle, toaster and egg cooker. The adjacent dining area has seating for five people and flows into the cosy living area.
The apartment also includes an underground parking space.
Location
The La Montanara house is centrally located yet peaceful in Brand. The bathing lake, mountain railway, golf course, restaurants, bakery, tennis courts, riding stables and other leisure facilities can be reached in just a few minutes' walk. Hikes and active days in the Brandner mountain landscape start practically on your doorstep. In winter, the cross-country ski trail runs directly past the house.
Special Features
The spacious balcony with comfortable furniture and views of the surrounding mountain landscape is one of the most beautiful spots at Motta Lodge. The accommodation under the roof and the sleeping gallery also give the flat its own unique character.
In summer, you benefit from the Premium Guest Card from two nights onwards. In addition to the services of the Brandnertal, Bludenz, Klostertal Guest Card, this includes, amongst other things, free and unlimited journeys on the participating mountain railways during the respective summer season (excluding bike transport).
Fresh milk as well as yoghurt and cheese from the farm's own dairy are available from the neighbouring farm – a piece of regionality right on your doorstep.
