Located in front of the small port, house of 100 m2 renovated for 6 persons.
It is composed of a living room with sofa, tv, wifi, table, chairs, an open kitchen fully equipped (oven, micro-wave oven, washing machine, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine and traditional, plate 4 fires gas with its hood).
A bedroom with a 160 bed, closet / wardrobe and access to the terrace.
A second bedroom with 160 bed and closet.
A third chamber which is closed by a removable divider with sofa bed 140.
All bedding is of good quality.
A bathroom with shower and bath, vanity unit. Separate WC.
A beautiful wooden terrace with views of the pool, bar and garden furniture, plancha gas. A garden with trees, possibility to park 3 cars.
The house is located on the floor.
Very well located, 100 m from the beach and restaurants , 300 m from shops.
