Located on the fourth floor of a beautiful Haussmannian building with an elevator, this 52 m² apartment can comfortably accommodate up to 4 guests. Spacious, with no overlooking neighbors and bathed in natural light, it boasts a pleasant view of the boulevard and is an ideal pied-à-terre for a Parisian getaway.
This apartment comprises:
- a bright living room with a sofa bed, a comfortable dining area, and an unobstructed view of the boulevard,
- waffle/toasted sandwich/panini maker, fondue set, raclette grill (built into the living room cabinet),
- a fully equipped kitchen (coffee maker, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, stovetop, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer),
- a bedroom with a queen-size bed (160 x 200 cm),
- a bathroom with a modern shower,

Thanks to its proximity to several metro lines and the RER A, you can quickly reach Paris's main museums, monuments, and iconic neighborhoods.
Boulangerie d'Avron: best address for traditional and classic baguettes. Bread is regularly taken out of the oven throughout the day.
Boulangerie Idoia: excellent pastries and viennoiseries.
Pépite: about a 10-minute walk away. Probably one of the best places in the neighborhood for breakfast and pastries.
For your outings, don't miss the rooftop bar at Place de la Nation for brunch with a view, the charming cafés and terraces in the Avron district, and the many escape rooms located nearby.
