This 70 m² 4-room duplex apartment facing east is located slightly back from the central square of the Orres 1800 resort for a quiet stay.
It is accessible from the main entrance of its building by taking elevator 1.
It has an entrance with storage, a living room with a sofa bed, a dining room - fully equipped kitchen, three separate bedrooms, two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and a balcony offering views of the resort and surrounding mountains.
For sleeping arrangements, you will find a 140x190cm sofa bed in the living room, a 140x190cm double bed in the downstairs bedroom, a 140x190cm double bed and an 80x190cm single bed in the upstairs bedroom, as well as a 140x190cm double bed and a second television in the second upstairs bedroom, for a total capacity of 9 people.
You will be located less than 200 meters from shops, snacks and restaurants, as well as from the ski slopes, and in summer only a few hundred meters from mountain bike trails and the hiking trails.
