This beautiful house in Murviel-lès-Montpellier is ideal for a family or group getaway in the countryside, in a peaceful, green setting. With 130 m² of living space, the house can accommodate up to 5 people and offers all the comforts needed for a pleasant stay surrounded by nature and the Mediterranean. You'll appreciate the large, wooded garden, the inviting terrace, and the tranquility of the surroundings. It's the perfect place to recharge, enjoy scenic bike rides, or go hiking before taking a dip in the nearby blue waters of the sea.
The house has three bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed. The two other bedrooms each have a single bed, ideal for children or friends staying with you. A third single bed completes the accommodation capacity. Bed linen and towels are included for your comfort upon arrival.
Two bathrooms allow each guest to enjoy their own space for added convenience. The fully equipped kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and a washing machine, ideal for longer stays. You'll also find a hairdryer, iron, fan, television, and smoke and carbon monoxide detectors for your safety. Please note that Wi-Fi is not available.
The outdoor space is a real asset: between the terrace for al fresco dining and the vast garden planted with century-old trees, you can fully enjoy the peace and quiet and the surrounding nature. It's an ideal place to relax and savor the Languedoc countryside.
Private parking is located directly on the property and free public parking is also available in front of the house, convenient for receiving visitors or parking several vehicles.
Pets are not allowed in the accommodation. Smokers may smoke outside, provided they respect the garden and grounds. Parties are not permitted in order to preserve the peace and quiet of the neighborhood.
