Welcome to Carnon beach!
It is my great pleasure to welcome you to my 32-square-meter studio apartment with a balcony offering a beautiful view of the port. The apartment is ideally located in a vibrant, holiday-friendly neighborhood where you can enjoy all the city's activities and the beaches within walking distance.

The accommodation is fully equipped and will be perfect for a tourist or business stay, with a capacity to accommodate up to 4 people.
Completely renovated, it consists of a sleeping area with a 160 cm double bed with quality bedding (Emma memory foam mattress), a living room with a 2-seater sofa bed, a fully equipped and functional kitchen, a shower room, a large dressing room and a balcony where you can enjoy the view of the sea and the port during beautiful sunny days.

You will be very close to the unmissable city of Montpellier by car or tram.
You'll also be spoiled for choice with the various beaches offering a range of activities such as kitesurfing, sailing, diving, pétanque, and boat trips. Languedoc Évasion also offers Trot'Évasion, an all-terrain electric scooter tour for exploring the surrounding area.
You can go on an adventure and discover the different towns and villages of the Mediterranean coast such as Palavas-les-Flots, La Grande-Motte or Le Grau-du-Roi.
Nearby you will find many bars and restaurants to enjoy local specialties such as Napoléon, Arrêt Ô Port or La Plancha, as well as a SPAR and a Utile for your supplies.

Formerly known as Melgueil, the town of Mauguio (of which Carnon is a part) was an important county seat in the Middle Ages. Having lost some of its districts in the mid-19th century, notably to create the town of Palavas-les-Flots, it is now a major tourist destination in the region, particularly appreciated for its beaches.
At the gateway to the Camargue, Mauguio still reveals today a modest architectural heritage, but above all dreamlike landscapes which attract a large number of tourists every year eager to enjoy the calm of the Mediterranean Sea.
- Montpellier Sud de France train station is a 15-minute drive away.
- Montpellier Méditerranée Airport is a 10-minute drive away.
- The tram is a 20-minute walk away, stop "Étang de l'or".
