Ground floor of an authentic chalet, built in 1850, last renovated in 2014. It is located in the center, on the banks of a stream. Close to shops, leisure facilities, daycare centers, 100 meters from the downhill ski lifts (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF ski school, as well as cross-country ski trails (Beauregard gondola).
In summer, a ground floor terrace and access to a private courtyard adjoining the chalet.
