The chalet is composed of two levels accessible by an internal staircase, built in 1850, last renovation in 2015. It is located in the center, on the edge of a stream. Close to shops, 150 meters from the Alpine ski departures (CHAMP GIGUET) and ESF but also the cross-country ski trails (Beauregard gondola). In summer, a terrace on the ground floor and access to a private courtyard adjoining the cottage.
