This beautiful apartment in Briançon is ideal for a comfortable mountain holiday, both summer and winter. Located in a new residence in the town center, it combines modern amenities with a prime location. You'll enjoy a bright apartment furnished with high-end furniture and excellent soundproofing. The south-facing terrace offers pleasant views of the mountains and the Vauban fort. Everything is within walking distance: the market, restaurants, shops, cinema, bowling alley, and casino are just steps away, while the Prorel gondola lift, which provides access to the Serre-Chevalier ski area, is only a 7-minute walk.
The master bedroom features a brand new 160x200 cm double bed with a storage base and a 23 cm mattress, as well as a handy little desk for working from home or reading. The inviting living room easily converts into a sleeping area thanks to a brand new 160x200 cm sofa bed. Bed linen and towels are provided for an additional fee.
The modern bathroom features a walk-in shower, double vanity, and heated towel rail, while the toilet is separate for added convenience. The fully equipped, high-end kitchen includes an oven, microwave, dishwasher, raclette grill, and coffee machine – perfect for enjoying a relaxing meal after a day in the mountains.
