The apartment is well decorated and is perfect for a ski holiday or to fully enjoy the mountains in the summer. It has 3 bedrooms with 3 double beds and a TV each, a bathroom, a shower room, a fully equipped and functional open-plan kitchen, and a beautiful living room with a sofa and a TV. You will particularly appreciate the two TERRACES for the VIEW you will have from the accommodation.
You will have at your disposal in order to have an excellent stay: Elevator, 2 parking spaces in secure garage; including 1 private space and a closed box to put in addition to the car the bikes or skis, the ski locker is located at the back of the box with heated ski rack, Coffee machine, Toaster, Dishwasher, Oven, Microwave, Television, Iron, Hairdryer, Washing machine, raclette machine.
The location of the apartment is ideal: you will be a 7-minute walk from the slopes and the cable car providing access to the Prorel Summit and the Rocher Blanc Ridge where you can fully enjoy winter activities such as downhill skiing, ice skiing, snowshoeing, etc. A true paradise for sports enthusiasts, you will also be spoiled in summer with hiking, mountaineering, climbing, via ferrata, kayaking, rafting, mountain biking, paragliding, etc.
The Grande Boucle shopping center is a 10-minute walk away, as is the Grand Boucle pharmacy, and the Casino Circus de Briançon is an 8-minute walk away. You can take the opportunity to visit the Parc de la Schappe (10-minute walk), the Vauban Fortress of Briançon with the Fort du Château and the Asfeld Bridge (10-minute walk), and spend a day at the Grimp In Forest amusement park.

A transit point at the crossroads of five Alpine valleys, Briançon became a fortified town in the 14th century. A Dauphiné town, home to important fairs, it is the capital of the Escartons. Located at the convergence of five valleys—Haute-Durance, Guisane, Clarée, Ayes, and Cerveyrette—the town of Briançon occupies a remarkable geographical location.
The radiating structure of these valleys offered the city relatively easy external access very early on: towards Provence, Queyras, Isère, Drôme and present-day Italy.
This dense communications network has long made Briançon appear as a land of passage, an important crossroads in the heart of the Alpine massif, offering the best conditions for the movement of people, the traffic of goods and the exchange of cultures.
