Situated within a large villa divided into three independent apartments, this studio, nestled at the rear of the property, offers absolute tranquility for your holiday. Its location is a real asset: you are just 3 minutes from the port of Fromentine for your excursions to Île d'Yeu and at the foot of the Noirmoutier bridge.
A true spacious studio offering the feel of an apartment, Le Phare features a fluid and modern layout on the ground floor. The main living area comprises a large, fully equipped kitchen (induction hob), a comfortable dining table for four, and a cozy lounge area with a television. The sleeping area includes a large bedroom with a double bed (160x200 cm) and two single bunk beds (90x190 cm). The bathroom, equipped with a bathtub, is directly accessible from the bedroom.
The exterior is an invitation to relax. The studio features a private terrace with a dining table and parasol, extending into a small garden area with artificial grass. The space is surrounded by elegant pebble landscaping, highlighting the refined look of the property.
