Welcome to La Dune, a spacious 40 m² studio apartment located in La Barre-de-Monts. Situated on the ground floor of a large villa divided into three independent apartments, this studio offers the space and comfort of a larger apartment. Its location is exceptional: you are just 3 minutes from the port of Fromentine, the departure point for Île d'Yeu, and at the foot of the Noirmoutier bridge.
Rare for a studio apartment, La Dune stands out with its airy living spaces. You'll discover a very cozy living room with a television, followed by a welcoming dining table for four. The modern, fully equipped open-plan kitchen, complete with induction hobs, allows you to cook with complete freedom. The sleeping area comprises a spacious bedroom with a double bed (160x200cm), two single bunk beds (90x190cm), and an armchair. A contemporary bathroom with a large shower and a separate toilet complete the accommodation.
To enjoy the Vendée sunshine, the studio opens onto a superb private terrace. Equipped with sun loungers and garden furniture, it's the perfect place to unwind in peace and quiet, eat outdoors, or relax after a day exploring the coastline.
