You will be located in the countryside of Le Thor, on the banks of the Sorgue (River). Situated between the village of Le Thor and Châteauneuf-de-Gadagne.
This accommodation is equipped as follows:
ON THE GROUND FLOOR:
• The living room contains numerous armchairs, coffee tables, a fireplace (not functional), and other furniture including a bookcase. The adjoining room has a dining area for 8 people.
• The kitchen is equipped with a microwave, oven, hob, dishwasher, kettle, toaster, Tassimo coffee machine, fridge/freezer, blender and kitchen utensils.
UPSTAIRS;
• The 2nd living room contains a pool table, a desk, armchairs, and a television.
• The bedroom contains a single bed (90cm) and a chest of drawers
• The second bedroom contains a single bed (90cm), a desk and a chest of drawers
• The 3rd bedroom contains a double bed (140 cm) and a wardrobe.
• The 4th bedroom contains a double bed (140 cm) and a desk.
• The 5th bedroom contains a double bed (140 cm), a small sofa and a chest of drawers.
• The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, a sink, a bidet and a toilet.
• There are other separate toilets.
EXTERIOR:
• The house is located in the middle of a large garden of 3800 m2, on the banks of the Sorgue.
• The garden contains an above-ground swimming pool, garden furniture and a dining table. It is large enough for walking and playing.
Please note that the swimming pool is only available from the beginning of June. Sun loungers are available.

The accommodation has one floor, no elevator. You will be provided with a set of keys.
