🏡 Access is via a shared staircase leading to the apartments in the building. As you enter, you are welcomed into a bright living space, with the kitchen, lounge and terrace flowing seamlessly into one another. Your eyes are immediately drawn to the iconic pond, featured in films such as Ridley Scott’s A Good Year and Jean-Paul Rappeneau’s The Horseman on the Roof.
🍽️ The kitchen stands out for its clean lines and welcoming breakfast bar, with a wooden worktop and metal bar stool. It is fully equipped with a fridge, freezer, oven, microwave, induction hob, extractor hood, sink, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine (cone-shaped capsules). A lovely sn of crockery, glassware and kitchen utensils is also provided. A separate toilet is available on this level.
🛋️ The cosy lounge features a comfortable sofa, two armchairs, an industrial-style coffee table and a Smart TV. This relaxing space flows naturally from the kitchen, creating a pleasant living area that opens onto the outdoors.
☀️ A true leafy hideaway, the south-east-facing terrace overlooks the pond and nestles among the branches of a century-old plane tree. A wooden table, comfortable chairs and a small high table allow you to enjoy every moment overlooking the water. Please remember to close the nets when leaving the apartment to prevent unexpected visits from pigeons.
🛏️ Under the eaves, two bright and simply decorated bedrooms await you. Each features a queen-size bed (160 × 200 cm), a walk-in shower, a washbasin with a mirror, a clothes rail and bedside tables with individual lamps. One bedroom overlooks the terrace, while the other is lit by a skylight. Wood, built-in niches and soft lighting create a peaceful and relaxing atmosphere.
🖼️ The interior features a chic vintage style, combining raw materials, bespoke elements and carefully selected second-hand finds. Every detail has been thoughtfully chosen to create a unique, warm and authentic atmosphere.
⚠️ The upper floor is accessed via a relatively steep staircase, so particular care is recommended. There is also a toilet upstairs, close to the bedrooms.
