HOUSING
The apartment is located in a building in Cannes, close to the city center.
From the entrance, you can access the main living room directly.
In the living room, you'll find a lounge area surrounded by large bay windows, providing beautiful natural light throughout the day. A dining area completes this space.
Adjoining this is the open-plan kitchen, equipped with everything you need for easy cooking.
On the sleeping side, the apartment consists of two bedrooms:
- A master bedroom with a queen size bed (160x200 cm), with access to a balcony.
- A second bedroom with two single beds (90x190 cm).
A bathroom with a toilet completes the set.
The apartment is distinguished by its brightness and fluid flow between spaces.

From Nice Côte d'Azur Airport: approximately 30 minutes by car via the A8.
From Cannes train station: approximately 5 minutes by car or 17 minutes on foot.

Departures are until 11am and arrivals from 4pm (flexible depending on our availability of course, feel free to let us know if you wish to arrive earlier or leave later, we will gladly do so whenever possible).
Arrivals can be made in person until 7 PM.
Late arrival until 10 PM is available upon request and at an extra cost.
Outside of these hours, arrivals are only possible via key box.
All key boxes are located on the front of our premises, 85 avenue du Maréchal Juin in Cannes, and keys will therefore need to be collected at this address for all arrivals via key box.
