The owner's note, Héline
With family or friends, spend your holidays in this charming townhouse in the heart of Arcachon. Located on a quiet cul-de-sac, the villa features a large living room with a dining area and a spacious, fully equipped open-plan kitchen.
Upstairs, you'll find a master suite,
two further bedrooms, one with two bunk beds, and a second bathroom.
Just 200 meters from the beach with all local shops and 500 meters from the train station. Underground parking is available.
Regarding linens, guests have two options:
- Bring your own sheets and towels (1 double bed 160x200cm, 1 double bed 140x200cm, and 4 single beds 90x200cm)
- Order sheets and towels from the Maison Enileh agency, who will provide you with the corresponding prices. Feel free to message us with any other requests you may have; Héline will be happy to assist you! (Transportation from point A to point B, grocery shopping in advance, babysitting, etc.)
Arrival hours are very flexible, from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM. It is still possible to book outside these hours; however, a surcharge will apply depending on the time:
- From 3:00 AM to 5:00 AM and from 9:00 PM to 12:00 AM: €80
- From 5:00 AM to 7:00 AM and from 7:00 PM to 9:00 PM: €60
A security deposit check (not cashed) will be required and returned when you collect the keys.
