Maximum 3 pets/ dogs allowed. SMALL HOLIDAY APARTMENT WITH SEA VIEWThe small holiday flat "Eden Village" (approx. 40 sqm), is located directly at the sea and is on the 2nd floor of our house. The flat has a separate entrance and is furnished and equipped for holidays. From the terrace you have a fantastic view of the sea and the garden. Beautiful dune beaches and romantic bays are only a 2-minute drive from the flat.
The flat has two bedrooms, a kitchen, a small bathroom with shower + WC, WIFI Internet and satellite TV. The flat also has a terrace from which you can enjoy a fantastic view of the sea and the garden. There is a parking space in the enclosed park directly next to the holiday home.
The Mediterranean garden, where the holiday flat and two other holiday houses are located, borders on a shallow, sandy rocky reef. You can reach it directly through the garden gate. During a walk through the green park, one encounters flowering oleander bushes, apricot and medlar trees, whose delicious fruits can be enjoyed in late spring, small and large palms, almond and numerous olive trees, cacti, agaves and much more. The shallow rocky sandy coast in front of the park is almost a private house-beach, which, even in the busy high season, is not very frequented. Here you can enjoy the peace and idyll, let yourself be pampered by the sun during the day and watch the sunset in the evening with a glass of red wine. Only 2 minutes by car from the holiday home are beautiful dune beaches and romantic bays. During the summer months, various fruit, vegetable and cheese trucks come directly to the garden. At this time, the baker also comes and brings fresh bread, biscuits and croissants directly in front of the holiday home every morning.

MARINA DI MODICAMarina di Modica is situated directly on the sea, between Sampieri and Pozzallo, at the southern tip of Sicily, far from the tourist centres. The sandy beach is surrounded by dunes and is one of the most beautiful stretches of coast on the island. The sandy beach slopes gently into the sea and is ideal for families with small children, but also for senior citizens. Along the seafront, there is a beautiful promenade surrounded by a park in southern Italian style, where a market is held at weekends. In July and August, when the locals are on holiday, the otherwise quiet seaside resort comes alive, with live music, theatre performances and beach bars around the centrally located Bungalow Park providing entertainment until late at night. In winter, warm, spring-like temperatures invite you to spend the winter in Sicily. POZZALLO AND MODICAOnly 6 km from the park is the small fishing town of Pozzallo, with numerous shopping opportunities and a beautiful 'piazza' surrounded by palm trees. If you like fresh fish, this is the place to be. The baroque town of Modica is only a 15-minute drive from Marina di Modica and is what you would expect from a typical Sicilian small town. Life pulsates here from early in the morning until late at night. The old town of Modica with its numerous baroque churches, such as the Cathedral of San Giorgio, is impressive both by day and by night! EXCURSION DESTINATIONSOther interesting excursion destinations include Syracuse, Agrigento, Palermo, Segesta, Selinunte, Cefalù, Piazza Armerina, Catania, Cava d`Ispica, Camarina, Castello di Donnafugata, Ragusa, Modica, Noto, Scicli, Taormina and of course Mount Etna. We can also organise some excursions on request. Day trips from the neighbouring town of Pozzallo to the nearby island of Malta can be booked through us.
