This beautiful villa in Draguignan is ideal for a holiday with family or friends. With a surface area of 130 m², it is distinguished by its magnificent glass-enclosed veranda which offers an unobstructed view of the city, allowing you to enjoy the spectacle of the sunset every evening while having an aperitif.
The living space is designed for conviviality and relaxation, in a serene and privileged setting.
The sleeping area consists of four bedrooms carefully furnished for your comfort.
Two of them each have a double bed of 160x190. The third bedroom is a master suite with a bed of 180x200 and the fourth bedroom offers an original layout with a loft bed of 160x190, providing a spacious resting area.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
In terms of amenities, the villa is perfectly equipped to make your daily life easier.
You will have two bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, and a Bosch Tassimo coffee machine (with flat capsules). For cozy evenings, a raclette grill is also available. For your comfort, the apartment is air-conditioned. You will also find a washing machine, dryer, iron, and hairdryer – valuable amenities for longer stays.
