This holiday flat is located in the popular tourist destination of Die. It is situated in a quiet residential area with little through traffic. The centre of town can be reached after five minutes on foot. The town is surrounded by mountains and the natural reserve Vercors. The owner lives in the house.
A small, covered, shaded patio with four chairs and a table is available to our guests. A barbecue is available for your use, as well. The house is surrounded by a 2800 m² garden, where you will find the 4 x 8 m covered pool, furnished with sun loungers. The garden and the pool are used by the owners as well.
The 55 m² apartment is on the building's ground floor and can accommodate up to three people. The apartment offers a living room, a kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The separate kitchen boasts a dining area and is fully furnished with modern equipment. Amongst other appliances, it offers a dishwasher and a microwave.
