Welcome to "129 Golf Océan". ☀️ This lovely single-story house in Moliets-et-Maâ is ideal for a holiday with family or friends. It can accommodate up to 6 guests, ideally 4, and is located in a quiet residential area.
This accommodation is a furnished tourist accommodation classified one star ⭐, which guarantees you a standard label of quality and comfort.
The house consists of:
- The main bedroom has a 160x180 double bed for comfortable nights.
- a second bedroom equipped with a bunk bed consisting of two 90x190 sleeping spaces, ideal for children.
- a living room/lounge with a 140x204 sofa bed, offering a practical extra sleeping space;
- a bathroom with bath/shower and sink;
- a separate toilet;
- an open-plan, fully equipped kitchen with microwave, dishwasher, Senseo coffee machine and filter coffee maker. A washing machine is also available, a real plus for longer stays. You will also find a hairdryer.
Please note: the accommodation does not have wifi.
Animals are not allowed.
Outside, you can enjoy a pleasant shaded terrace, a private garden at the rear of the house, and a barbecue for your outdoor meals.
Sun loungers, table and chairs and parasol are at your disposal.
The residence offers a shared swimming pool, open from June 15th to September 15th, from 10am to 8pm. An ideal space to cool off and relax during your stay.
Private parking is available with a space located right in front of the house, for added comfort and convenience.
Located near the beaches of Moliets and their surf spots, the house enjoys a privileged location. You can take advantage of the surrounding forest for bike rides, discover the typical Landes villages and their local produce markets, all in a preserved natural setting.

The accommodation is located in the Golf Océan estate, a 10-minute bike ride from a very beautiful beach, the "Chênes Lièges" beach, the most secluded and natural beach in Moliets, and the cycle path to get there runs alongside the courses of the Moliets International Golf Course, which is itself next to the estate: everything is doable without a car, calmly and serenely.
A second beach, barely 10 minutes away by bike, is the "central" beach of Moliets, more lively, in an area of bars and restaurants: so you have a choice depending on your mood of the day!
The village center of Moliets, just a 10-minute bike ride or a short drive away, offers a Super U Express supermarket, two bakeries, a butcher, a wine shop, a newsagent/tobacconist, a large pharmacy, and a variety of restaurants should you fancy a meal. I'd be happy to share my local recommendations with you!
The town centre is authentic with a Landes village atmosphere, a public garden and the Château Magenta... Worth discovering!
The famous Vélodyssée, the great cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, passes not far from here, 5 minutes away, and allows you to take beautiful rides through the pine forests, without difficulties.
At the mouth of the Courant d'Huchet, nestled between Vieille-Saint-Girons and Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains, the village of Moliets-et-Maâ perfectly embodies the maritime character of the Landes coast.
