The villa is fully equipped and includes:
- three bedrooms with three double beds;
- two bedrooms with four single beds;
- four functional bathrooms;
- a fully equipped kitchen with dining area;
- a lounge to relax in after a day of walking.
- a large garden of 900 m2 with a generously sized swimming pool, 10 x 5 meters completes the interior description above: you are at home and the garden overlooks a natural area, representative of the Landes maquis. You can walk around the house and the swimming pool area with its large wooden terrace is on the south side, without any vis-à-vis.
You will particularly appreciate the practicality of the house and the calm of its garden.
During your stay, you will have at your disposal: Parking, Wifi, Television, Washing machine, Dryer, Iron, Dishwasher, Microwave, Oven, Coffee machine, etc.
Sheets and towels are included in the cleaning fee.

The "Club Royal Océan la Prade" housing estate where your house is located is very quiet and is made up of 50 villas with large gardens and swimming pools, close to the large Moliets International Golf Course. The villa is located 10 minutes by bike from a very beautiful beach, that of "Chênes Lièges", a so-called "green" beach, isolated, and the cycle path to get there runs along the courses of the Moliets International Golf Course: everything is possible without a car, quietly and serenely. A second beach, barely 10 minutes by bike, is the "central" beach of Moliets, more lively, in an area of bars and restaurants: you therefore have the choice depending on your humor of the day!
The famous Vélodysée, the great cycle path that crosses France from Nantes to Hendaye, passes not far from here, 5 minutes away and allows you to take beautiful rides through the pine forests, without difficulty.
At the mouth of the Courant d'Huchet, nestled between Vieille-Saint-Girons and Vieux-Boucau-les-Bains, the village of Moliets-et-Maâ perfectly embodies the oceanic side of the Landes coast. Nestled behind maritime pine forests, this seaside resort offers a wild coastline, long golden sandy beaches, waves to delight surfers, and Landes landscapes of undeniable beauty.
The town center of Moliets offers you, 10 minutes by bike always or just a few minutes by car, a Super U express supermarket, 2 bakeries, butcher, wine merchant, a tobacconist, a large pharmacy, and you will have the choice between various restaurants if the desire to sit down around a good table takes you.
