This beautiful house in SANARY SUR MER is ideal for a stay with family or friends, offering accommodation for up to 6 guests.
Located in a quiet residential area, it allows you to enjoy the gentle Provençal lifestyle while being in close proximity to local activity.
Its prime location guarantees you a relaxing holiday just minutes from the major points of interest in the seaside resort.
The sleeping area is carefully laid out for everyone's comfort. The bedroom has a double bed (140x200) and a bunk bed with two single beds, ideal for children.
The second bedroom, meanwhile, has a sofa bed offering additional sleeping space for two people.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
To prepare your meals, you will have access to a kitchen equipped with an oven, microwave, and refrigerator-freezer. A Nespresso coffee machine is also available for your gentle mornings.
The house has a functional bathroom with a hairdryer included.
Please note that the accommodation does not have a Wifi connection.
Animals are not allowed on the premises.
The outdoor spaces are a real asset to your stay: you can relax on the terrace or balcony and enjoy a very large enclosed garden. The land is divided into two private plots.
Please note the presence of a secured well on the property; for safety reasons, it is strictly forbidden to climb onto its rim.
On the practical side, a private parking space is available on site for one vehicle, allowing you to park with complete peace of mind.
You will be given a set of two keys: one for the gate (which must be closed after each use) and the other for the main entrance door.

The famous Portissol beach is also a 10-minute walk away, allowing you to fully enjoy the sea without the constraints of a car.
