Located on the 1st floor of Villa Beauregard, this spacious and very bright living room, thanks to its south-facing exposure, offers you all the necessary comfort.
You will find a functional kitchenette, a practical wardrobe for your personal belongings, and a bathroom with toilet.
For your nighttime comfort, the accommodation has double curtains, making it unnecessary to handle the large old shutters.
The sleeping area, cleverly integrated into the main room, adapts to your needs to accommodate up to 4 guests. You will have a comfortable 160x190 double bed for restful nights, while the 140x190 sofa bed allows you to easily accommodate one or two additional people.
Bed linen and towels are included in the cleaning fee.
In terms of amenities, everything has been designed to make your stay easier: a Nespresso coffee machine for gentle wake-ups, a microwave, an iron and a hairdryer are at your disposal.
